Do you think orphan should be adopted like in Haiti.?
Myself is a orphan i was adopted in Russia. when I was 8 or 9 move to america. Then I started to hated here in America couldn’t understand anybody what they said and it took me long time to learn the english. Then I turn 16. Then I learned how shitty this country really is. No disrespect to no one I don’t hate alot people here it just the only thing people care about is money it seems alot. Like money is the number one thing in life. I know it will get you want but it won’t make you happy and alot people get hurt over greed and corruption. well back I was saying. what i was saying is that most orphan get beated or killed or raped or just turn in a hated child. Its true just look at foster homes. I know alot people that used to be a orphan and they all hate there parents for some reason. Most them turned fucked up or something like that or they just miss there home country and they want to move back to there country. It doesn’t matter if you have a better life in another country. Alot orphan told me that they think there better off back home i know what they mean by that i can’t explain it but just ask some one fuck i can’t really explain it right now and it’s bull shit what people say that you won’t get education if your a orphan. You go to school just like anybody and the goverment pays. I forgot tell you this don’t go adopting kids at Haiti most kids don’t even want to get a adopted. I know some really need to get adopted but don’t out adopteding them most of them have family. Like mother and dads and cousin. I know there alot parents that abandon there chirldren but fuck they have grand mother or cousin that maybe want them. So don’t go out there and adopting.

Okay if someone wants to adopt a child who has no house, no relatives, then I think that is a very kind gesture. Just because you are ungrateful to the people that took you away from a bad life, I dont think u should apply it to everything.

Foster homes are one thing, but a lot of the people who ADOPT children are genuine.
Stank | Feb 01, 2010

i think that saving children from suffering or certain death is a laudable excercise .

if you don’t like america go back to Russia. I’m sure they will welcome you with open arms ans make a Youtube film showing that orphans that went to america hated it there. good propaganda. value.
Snotalie | Feb 01, 2010

Personally, you should be thankful. My chem teacher is also from Russia and she was happier here(Canada) then Russia. I rather be living in the states then Russia. After the whole government fell down she said how things got realy ugly. PS this isn’t a rant site.
ihateyou | Feb 01, 2010

I am living proof that there is alot of validation in what you are saying….

Foster parents need to be thoroughly screened before placing children. Yes the person that fostered me was a preacher but what they didnt look at was how abusive she was and her own past.

What to get him for V-Day after only 3 months?!?
I’ve only been with my BF 3 months. We are doing great but still getting to know each other. I have to get him something GOOD because for Xmas he bought me a new iPod Nano which I know was expensive, and I got him something SUPER CHEESY.. So I have to make up for that.

About him: Plays bass for a really technical grind-core band.. But he’s got everything he needs for that. He smokes a lot of weed but has an abundance of pipes and bongs.. He’s really into music, but bought himself an iPod for Xmas lol..

Help!!!

On top of getting him something awesome, I really want to DO something awesome! I can’t really cook.. I was thinking buying something sexy.. But I want to stay away from the norm! Like NO to coupon books and stripping……

Any Ideas?

What are good, whether old or new, XBox 360 games?
I want to get an XBox 360 game for my brother for Christmas, what are some ones he might like? We both love the Grand Theft Auto and Left4Dead series, as well as Dead Rising (I know there’s a second one coming, but I think that’s after Christmas), and he’s also a big fan of war games such as Call of Duty and Medal of Honor. He’s quite fond of Fable II, also, and fighting games (like Marvel Vs Capcom for PS1). I’m going to ask him if he has any particular games in mind, but I wanted to know what else was out there, as well.

Other games he’s liked are (not going by platform):

God of War, BloodRayne, Pikmin, Final Fantasy X, Devil May Cry, Darkwatch, Legend of Zelda, various Star Wars, Black, Area 51, Kill Zone, Bloody Roar, etc

Soo, yeah, first person shooters, slash ‘em ups, adventures, etc.

Thanks :3

Definately halo 3, or call of duty (world at war, modern warfare, or modern warfare 2) ummm assasains creed 1 or 2 is really good…uh what else…oh but one of the best games ever is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion!! Its like a meideval type game tht has fighting and over 5,000 non player characters in it!! Thats huge and it also has a really good storyline…but anyway, any of the games i just mentioned are extremely good…there the best ones i own and tht i know of…hope i helped!!! And merry christmas!!! =D

Jo | Dec 08, 2009

buy him a game called halo 3: ODST, there is a whole storyline behind it but its really fun
Gabriel | Dec 08, 2009

Ok try something different , your brother likes a very broad wide variety of games so i recommend yet another unique genre Called RTS , rts (real time strategy games ) The one in particular id recommend is command and conquer 3 tiberium wars on xbox 360 , Theres a demo of it on xbox live market so tell him to try it , The demo is called C&C3 (acronym for command and conquer 3) Another game id like to recommend in this genre is Halo wars , a halo based rts.

What i recommend you do to get him the best possible game for christmas is to look up the best games in completly different and new genres and surprise him with an award winning game that hes never played anything similar to

Some genres i recommend are

Stealth

RTS

Sandbox

Some games in these genres are
Splinter cell double agent
Command and conquer 3
Halo wars
Crackdown
Prototype

Metal gear solid

Tenchu Z

The reason i say this is because you’ll be the person who introduced him into the new genre and he will thank you for it . you would be why his Christmas was perfect not a regular buy everything hes already experienced Christmas

Hope i helped and try something new surprise him with something he never experienced before

Why Is It People Who Do The Most Haram Are Successful In Life?
Why are rich people usual kafrs?

For example: I know this man who is Muslim (supposedly). He married his first wife along time ago. He left her and came to America, where he married another lady. He left her and had kids with another lady. And now he is 60 years old married to a lady at least 30 years younger then him and he has a kid with her too.
This man has like 15-20 kids and most of them are haram. He is very rich and keeps getting richer the older he gets.
Why does Allah allow a person like that to be rich, when his entire life he lived like a kafr?

009.055 Let not their wealth nor their (following in) sons dazzle thee: in reality Allah’s plan is to punish them with these things in this life, and that their souls may perish in their (very) denial of Allah.

Al-Qur’an, 009.055

010.088 Moses prayed: "Our Lord! Thou hast indeed bestowed on Pharaoh and his chiefs splendour and wealth in the life of the present, and so, Our Lord, they mislead (men) from Thy Path. Deface, our Lord, the features of their wealth, and send hardness to their hearts, so they will not believe until they see the grievous penalty."

Al-Qur’an, 010.088

018.046 Wealth and sons are allurements of the life of this world: But the things that endure, good deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best as (the foundation for) hopes.

Al-Qur’an, 018.046

034.034 Never did We send a warner to a population, but the wealthy ones among them said: "We believe not in the (Message) with which ye have been sent."

034.035 They said: "We have more in wealth and in sons, and we cannot be punished."

034.036 Say: "Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the Provision to whom He pleases, but most men understand not."

034.037 It is not your wealth nor your sons, that will bring you nearer to Us in degree: but only those who believe and work righteousness – these are the ones for whom there is a multiplied Reward for their deeds, while secure they (reside) in the dwellings on high!

034.038 Those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them, will be given over into Punishment.

034.039 Say: "Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the Sustenance to such of his servants as He pleases: and nothing do ye spend in the least (in His cause) but He replaces it: for He is the Best of those who grant Sustenance.

THINK OF IT THIS WAY THEY DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT. REMEMBER BEING RICH ISNT EVERYTHING JUST LIVE NORMAL AND YOU’LL BE HAPPY.
*diamond* | Feb 06, 2010

Holy Qur’an provides the answer, as always. Those who want to be most successful in this temporary life of dunya shall have their wish – but they shall have NO SHARE in the Hereafter (ie Hellfire awaits them). But those whose goal is success in the next world, they shall achieve their goal (of Paradise) – PLUS success in this world as a bonus!

Most Americans had heard about the soccer only by hearsay, even though it was the world’s most popular sport, and when the United States was invited to compete in the World Cup in Brazil, the country turned out to have no soccer team to call their own. The U.S. set out to recruit players in the soccer breeding ground of St. Louis, Missouri, where they found a group of young friends with almost absolute lack of an appropriate experience, only an unabashed love of the game.

Few questions regarding careers in the military?
Right now my life is a scattered puzzle on a table, I know what it is, just not sure how to put it together. First and foremost, I want to get into some kind of special operations career. I understand the numbers are against me, but that wont stop me. Im only 17, so thats about another 2 years before im graduated and have to make my choice.I wish to become an officer in which ever branch i choose, so thats a start. From about Jan. till Sept. i did Navy SEAL workouts, because well thats that i wanted to be a few months back, but now my mind changes everyday. I don’t want to come off to you guys as this kid that plays Call of Duty all day and says he wants to be this or that.I am actually willing to put in the work. What made me change my mind about the SEALs was a number of things, my eye-sight doesn’t meet the requirements i have to either get lasik or hope that these "eye workouts" that i do make it naturally better, and that goes for just about any SpecOps in each branch, i am not allowed to wear glasses, i also didnt want to end up NOT making it to end up mopping the deck of a huge ship. Then I thought i would try my luck with the Army and get into the Rangers, from there, work my way up to Special Forces. This is actually my current route that I am thinking about taking but not quiet sure. Trust me i know i might make it seem like i think this is all easy, but i know it will be a challenge. The final path that I wouldnt mind is Air Force Pararescue, I read about how some guy went from being in the Rangers to go for Air Forces Pararescue. Im just stuck as to which path is the good for me, Im not here to ask you guys to choose my life or how to do it, but just here for some suggestions or sharing your experiences if you ever came across this and what did you do? Maybe Im just a clue-less 17 year old who only wants to do whats in movies or video games to you guys, but for me, I don’t think I could see my self doing anything else.

I would suggest joining the Army and trying out Airborne Ranger school. The Army is the only branch that will guarantee you a job in writing, and you may be able to get a job that has Airborne Ranger candidacy written in your contract. Upon completion of basic training and AIT (Advanced Individual Training) you will brought to Ranger school to try your hand at becoming an Airborne Ranger. From there you can try to become Special Forces at Special Forces candidacy when you reach the age of 24. Currently I myself am a 19 year old Private First Class (E-3) MOS 25S and am following the same route. My eyesight is no hindrance to me, but the army may be more forgiving of your eyesight in Ranger School. If you wish to attempt Special Forces candidacy you may get Lasik surgery with help from the army medical benefits before you apply. Best of luck to you, and I look forward to seeing you on the battlefield.

Feel free to ask me any questions about the army that will aid you. If you prefer you can contact your local recruiter, just make sure that they don’t try to sucker you into something you don’t want.
The Oracle | Nov 23, 2009

1. You say you want to be an officer, but no where do you mention going to college and earning a degree.

2. Para Rescue has the same vision requirements as the Seals and if you washout, you will do whatever job the Air Force assigns.

3. Getting in spec ops as an officer, is alot harder than getting in as enlisted.

There are far fewer slots, the standards as much higher and there is far more competetion.
jeeper_peeper321 | Nov 23, 2009

Look you still have some time to thoroughly think about your decisions. I don’t know what the process is in becoming a part of Air Force Pararescue so I would recommend you talk to a recruiter to find out. If that’s what you really want to do then start taking the first steps in completing it. Either way I like how you’re so eager to serve our country. Good luck on whatever you decide to do.
